No experience needed. Our Art Café is a relaxed, self-guided creative session where you can switch off, try something new and get into your creative flow.

Think of it as your own little creative playground — come with a friend, bring your date, or come solo and spend two hours making something just for you.

How it works

1. Book your 2-hour Art Café session

Tickets start from €24 off-peak / €29 peak.

2. Choose your creative materials

Your ticket gives you access to our selection of included basic art materials, so you can experiment and create at your own pace.

We also have a changing menu of creative projects available to add to your session for an additional cost.

4. Create for 2 hours

Everything you need is available from our Creative Counter. Create at your own pace, experiment with different materials and make the session your own.

5. Take home what you make

Whatever you create is yours to take home — and best of all, there's no clean-up for you. We take care of that!

Know Before You Book

Do I need any experience?

Nope! Absolutely no experience is needed. Our Art Café is designed to be relaxed, accessible and beginner-friendly. You don't need to know what you're doing — that's part of the fun!

What's included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes 2 hours of creative time and access to our selection of basic art materials, including watercolours, drawing materials, charcoal and soft pastels.

Can I try more than one material?

Yes! Your ticket gives you access to all of our included basic materials, so you can experiment with different mediums throughout your session.

Are all activities included?

Our basic art materials are included, while other projects are available as optional creative upgrades. Prices vary depending on the project and are paid at the studio.

How do the creative upgrades work?

When you arrive, you'll be able to see our current selection of creative projects and their prices. If you'd like to make one, simply choose it and pay at the studio by card.

Is the Art Café guided?

No. The Art Café is a self-guided experience, meaning you can create at your own pace and spend as much time as you'd like experimenting with the available materials.

Our team is always on hand if you need a little help or inspiration, though!

Do I get to take home what I make?

Yes! Everything you make is yours to take home.

Can I come on my own?

Of course! Come solo, with friends or with your partner. 

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes! Seating is shared, but we always do our best to seat groups together. To make this easier, please book under the same name or let us know in advance if you're booking separately.

What ages can attend?

Our Art Café is suitable for ages 10+, unless otherwise stated. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has also purchased a ticket and is attending the session.

Can I bring alcohol?

Our studio at 65 South William Street is an alcohol-free space. Tea and instant coffee are available during your session, and cold drinks are available to purchase. You're also welcome to bring your own drinks.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Due to the nature of our events and limited availability, all bookings are non-refundable.

Bookings may be rescheduled once, provided we receive notice at least 72 hours before the scheduled event by emailing info@createandsip.ie.

Requests to reschedule within 72 hours cannot be accommodated, and the booking will be forfeited.

If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at no additional charge.

Create & Sip reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to an event where necessary. If we need to cancel or restructure an event, affected customers will be contacted and offered the option of transferring to an alternative date or receiving a full refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Seating

Seating is shared and tables are mixed.

We always try to seat groups together, so please book under the same name or let us know in advance.

Photography

We do our best to keep photography and video to a minimum. However, please note that all guests who attend consent to being photographed and filmed, which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
