You don’t need to be “creative” to have a creative night out.

Come spend two hours making something with your hands, switching off from your phone and your to-do list, and enjoying a relaxed night out in Dublin City Centre.

At our Texture Art Workshop, you’ll create your own textured canvas from scratch — even if you’ve never picked up an art tool before.

No pressure. No experience needed. No worrying about whether you’re “doing it right”.

Just good music, good company and the chance to make something you’ll actually want to take home.

Your creative night starts here ✨

1. We’ll show you how it works
We’ll kick things off with a quick demo so you can see how to use the materials and create different textures.

2. You make it your own
Then it’s your turn. Layer, shape, experiment and build your artwork at your own pace. We’ll be there if you need a little help along the way.

3. Take home something you made
After two hours, you’ll leave with your own finished piece of artwork — and hopefully feeling a lot more relaxed than when you arrived.

What’s the vibe?

Think creative night at a friend’s house, but we’ve done all the setup for you.

There’s music playing, people chatting, plenty of creativity happening around you, and no pressure to be an artist.

It’s social if you want it to be social. And if you’d rather get completely lost in what you’re making for a while, you can do that too.

Sometimes you just need something that makes your brain go quiet.

You don’t need to be artistic

Seriously.

Most people come along having never tried texture art before. You’ll get guidance to get you started, but there’s plenty of freedom to make your piece your own.

There’s no “perfect” canvas.

The whole point is to try something new, play around and see what you create.

Know before you book:

Do I need any experience?
Nope. Most people are complete beginners, and we’ll show you everything you need to get started.

What do I need to bring?
Nothing! All materials and tools are included.

Can I bring alcohol?
Our studio at 65 South William Street is an alcohol-free space. Soft drinks are available to purchase in the studio.

Will I get to keep my artwork?
Yes. You’ll take your finished 12x16 canvas home with you.

Can I sit with my friends?
Seating is shared and tables are mixed, but we always try to seat groups together. Book under the same name or let us know in advance.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Due to the nature of our events and limited availability, bookings are non-refundable.

You can reschedule your booking once, provided you contact us at least 72 hours before your event by emailing info@createandsip.ie.

Requests made within 72 hours cannot be accommodated, and no-shows will forfeit the booking.

Can't make it? You can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at no additional charge.

Create & Sip reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to an event where necessary. If we need to cancel or restructure an event, affected customers will be contacted and offered either an alternative date or a full refund.

We keep photography and video to a minimum, but please note that guests attending our events consent to being photographed and filmed for marketing and promotional purposes.
